Observable promise

This lens observes whether Ward 06 creates a playable, bounded checkpoint counterlog before Ward 07: two exact upstream inputs, an actual log, an eleven-card non-scar packet, a ten-slot review, four materially distinct dispositions, one exclusive route-asset branch, and a natural three-way default.

Passing requires authored source objects, focused runtime coverage, source/public parity, and two ordered durable CLI replays. A prose claim, seeded inventory, terminal snapshot, or filename alone is insufficient.

The default must be reachable both when the review is never played and when the defer branch preserves pending state. Ward 07 only supplies the deadline; it cannot validate route or patient facts.

The split replay must show Ward 05 history, Ward 06 with its exact two assignments, then the focused ten-slot split review, ending with the route asset. The default replay must show Ward 06 leaving the pending triple, Ward 07 completing, the real event triggering, and one default terminal clearing residue while gaining the scar and denying the route asset.

Both replay files must be integrity-valid durable Game CLI exports with ordered action provenance. Mutable completion flags alone are not historical proof.

Route-only authority oracle

The focused objects may record checkpoint order and timestamp, dispatch origin, camera purchase gap or explicit absence, edit-garage intake, hospital arrival or explicit absence, a named future reader, and separation of transport from footage custody.

They may not prove patient identity, diagnosis, medical necessity, route cause, or vehicle contents; grant treatment, sedation, family, voice, image, or archive consent; issue body or death findings; grant archive, memorial, or footage ownership; validate sponsor, audit, hospital, or garage legality; decide Ward 07 stamp validity; decide the Ward 12 transfer route; or grant broadcast license and future-reuse permission.

Non-overlap oracle

• Ward 05 owns living-witness testimony. This line consumes its docket and does not rewrite testimony.
• The waiver-stamp lane owns stamp custody and validity. A future reader is not a stamp validator.
• The Ward 12 three-route transfer owns the later transfer choice.
• The off-station receiving-gate counterreceipt owns the post-transfer receiving handoff.
• Stale-dispatch afteruse owns later reuse; this lane owns the current source route record.
• Emergency-power priority owns load allocation; this lane makes no power choice.
