Observable promise

A passing implementation proves that a booth patch cable can become route evidence only through scoped technical custody. The player must keep the source cable, booth row, operator or absence, version mark, proof bridge, harmed claimant, requested afteruse, and future reader visible before a later route consumes the claim.
