Broadcast Insolvency Ledger / 播出破产账本机制
This mechanism makes unpaid broadcast promises finite, collateralized, and narratable. It converts earlier management relief into later solvency pressure without reducing the game to an abstract currency bar.
Mechanic promise
Whenever the producer resolves a crisis by promising later payment, deferring a harmed claimant, borrowing capacity, protecting one version over another, or broadcasting on credit, the game must keep the unpaid row visible until it is paid, converted, pawned, cancelled, defaulted, or recovery-locked.
The mechanism fails if debt disappears after a successful branch.
Inputs
The mechanism accepts source rows from:
- 制作分诊台机制 when a ticket is delayed, starved, overworked, or default-ready;
- 更正档期竞拍机制 when a correction row displaces a rival row or spends finite public capacity;
- 和解反震账本机制 when relief exists but debt remains unpaid;
- 处理人负荷账本机制 when handler recovery, refusal, capture, or availability becomes payable;
- cutroom, audience, route asset, schedule, sponsor, archive, witness, and public receipt systems that produce an owed object or collateral conflict.
State model
A row on 播出破产账本 has five parts:
- Creditor — who can demand or narrate.
- Owed object — what must be paid, restored, released, or acknowledged.
- Collateral — what can be seized, pawned, split, delayed, or recovery-locked.
- Harmed claimant — who is harmed by paying or defaulting.
- Future route effect — how this row changes later play.

Capacity must be named, not generic:
- sponsor bridge;
- public refund pool;
- edit credit;
- legal cover;
- artist deferral;
- handler recovery budget;
- oxygen reserve;
- route asset pawn;
- facility access;
- schedule slot;
- producer credit;
- explicit absence.
The same capacity cannot cleanly satisfy all creditors. If capacity is reused, the prior row must become split, pawned, default-ready, or scarred.
Branch resolution rules
Priority payment
A selected row improves or stabilizes. At least one competing row, collateral item, or harmed claimant must worsen, delay, split, or become more expensive.
Split payment
Two rows receive partial relief. Clean success is blocked unless another source pays the missing cost. Ambiguity, debt, distrust, schedule scar, or route pressure rises.
Public conversion
Debt becomes visible to public receipt, fan queue, public audit, apology, or refund. This can improve legitimacy, but sponsor, legal, witness, schedule, or oxygen pressure must rise.
Pawn or collateral swap
A collateral object funds the row. The original crisis may improve, but the pawned route asset, proof object, facility, handler availability, public receipt, or schedule slot becomes costlier, captured, split, or recovery-only.
Broadcast on credit
The show airs while the selected row remains unpaid. A future default narrator is armed and the row stays inspectable.
Controlled cancellation
The player can cancel or blackout a slot to avoid false-clean broadcast. This is a valid branch only if it preserves source proof and creates schedule/audience/ending scar cost.
Default
If the row is ignored, falsely paid, hidden, underfilled, or captured, 播出破产违约 mutates state.
Counter and state deltas
Each resolution must change at least three durable surfaces, chosen from:

Integration notes
- A production triage success may create insolvency rows when it uses bridge capacity or starves another ticket.
- A correction slot success may create insolvency rows when a rival row is delayed or public attention is spent.
- A settlement aftershock may create insolvency rows when relief remains true but cost becomes payable.
- A handler burden row may create insolvency rows when recovery or refusal has a cost.
- An ending scar may consume insolvency rows when terminal eligibility needs public proof, lawful proof, or clean capture.
Non-goals
- Not a general economy simulator.
- Not raw money tuning.
- Not a fixed upkeep phase.
- Not governance content.
- Not satisfied by one number named cash, debt, solvency, or budget.
- Not valid unless creditor, collateral, harmed claimant, default narrator, and future route effect remain visible.
