The review must keep these fields visible: source call-sheet row, original performance block, original stage manager, handwritten note text, requested afteruse, changed route/date block, proof bridge, harmed performer, selected posture, after-state, future route effect, and counter deltas.

The false-clean branch must increase future-route cost and performer claim heat instead of erasing harm.
