Callboard Chalk Mark Afteruse Mechanics

The system must preserve a callboard chalk row as narrow backstage evidence:

• source row, caller or explicit absence, and shift context are visible;
• requested afteruse names the future route that wants to consume the mark;
• claimant harm and proof bridge cannot be hidden;
• every branch writes a future route effect and counter deltas;
• false-clean default creates recovery-only future play rather than silent approval.
