Pin holes are treated as a state-pressure object, not a counter target or fixed-turn trigger. The object must carry source holes, notice/remover context, harmed claimant, proof bridge, selected posture, after-state, future reader effect, and named counter deltas.

A false-clean default marks the holes as universal notice/service proof and mutates future play into recovery-only route handling.
