The mechanic treats a cue-sheet overwrite as a state-pressure docket, not a timer. A future reader must cite the overwritten cue state before review opens. The docket must show source cue row, overwrite author or explicit absence, stage-manager authority or absence, displaced performer/caller, requested afteruse, proof bridge, selected posture, after-state, future route effect, and counter deltas.
Branch effects are deliberately costed: certification narrows scope, restriction names the reader, witness bridge requires stage-manager proof, split access separates blocking from archive edit custody, quarantine blocks afteruse until proof arrives, and false-clean default creates a durable recovery-only scar.
