Fog Nozzle Tag Afteruse Receipt Mechanic
The mechanic separates four rows that management would prefer to merge:
- the source nozzle tag row;
- the technician or explicit absence row;
- the cue stack and cited fog scope;
- the future reader that wants to consume the tag.
A clean branch may certify a named scope, but cannot certify every fogged scene. Restriction, bridge, reopen, split, quarantine, and false-default branches all mutate different counters so later route readers can tell whether atmosphere proof was bounded or falsely cleaned.
