Use a state-pressure entry when a future route tries to consume an old green-room wristband as access proof, performer consent, archive custody, sponsor authority, or safety clearance. Do not trigger from a fixed turn, raw wristband count, dashboard status, or lens health.
The review records one of seven postures: certify original scope, restrict the future reader, attach a stagehand bridge, reopen harmed guest or performer notice, split access from consent/custody, quarantine afteruse, or accept a false clean default. Each branch moves named counters and leaves a future route effect visible in replay.
