A hot-mic escrow review can open when all of these are true:

• hot_mic_residue_present: true
• later_reader_or_route_attempts_consumption: true
• proof_bridge_or_explicit_absence_visible: true
• selected_listener_and_harmed_listener_visible: true
• future_reader_or_route_consumes_escrow_state: true
• no_fixed_turn_trigger: true
• no_fixed_day_or_week_trigger: true

The mechanic forbids universal clean audio. A hot mic can become a public receipt, lawful annex, sponsor-captured proof, editor checksum debt, inspector quarantine, split escrow, or false-clean scar. It must always name the source fragment, selected listener, harmed listener, proof bridge or explicit absence, state after, and future route effect.
