House Seat Comp Afteruse Receipt Mechanic
This mechanic prevents a house-seat comp from becoming a universal permission token. Entry is state-pressure based: a future reader must be trying to consume a visible comp object and the player must see the cited scope, recipient/absence, issuer context, requested afteruse, harmed claimant, and proof bridge.
The review rite produces diverging future-route states instead of a raw ticket-count pass. Branches can certify the narrow house-seat scope, restrict the reader, attach recipient proof, reopen the harmed claimant, split testimony custody from hospitality, quarantine the comp, or accept a false-clean default.
