The system treats an allergy note as scoped safety evidence. A later route can only consume it when the source note, performer, product batch, makeup lead, requested afteruse, proof bridge, harmed performer, and future reader remain visible.

Rule shape

• Entry is state-pressure, never fixed turn/day/week or raw note count.
• Every branch must move at least three named counters or flags.
• The false-clean default is durable: it records stale product basis, capturing route, harmed performer, recovery-only future effect, and counter movement.
• The clean-authority phrase is forbidden: the note may prove scope, not universal consent or release.
