Maturity Notice Replay Ledger Mechanic / 到期通知回放账本机制

A maturity notice is a state-pressure packet emitted when deferred proof debt becomes readable. It contains:

• the source relief row or prior promise;
• replay/session provenance for where the promise came from;
• the owed future reader;
• the matured obligation;
• proof bridge or explicit absence;
• selected posture;
• cost/scar;
• future route effect.

The mechanic rejects fixed turn/day/week gates and dashboard/lens-health triggers. The notice exists because a prior state is now being consumed, not because the clock hit an arbitrary number.
