Failure Cases

The mechanic must fail if:

• an embargoed preview is cited as whole-public consent with no afteruse row;
• a sponsor copy desk becomes the public audience;
• an embargo window is erased before route or ending use;
• a harmed audience claimant, omitted performer, lawful reader, or archive reader is hidden;
• a split preview/public receipt is consumed as one clean permission;
• default changes only approval text, sponsor mood, or a generic route counter.

Default Contract

The default is False Press Preview Embargo Afteruse Default. It must record false-clean preview afteruse, source preview or explicit absence, hidden or overbroad embargo scope, capturing reader or route, harmed public claimant, after-state, future reader effect, at least three counter deltas, and durable mutation.
