Prop Table Wax Seal Break, Reflow, and Broadcast Identity

This mechanic keeps physical chronology and aired identity in separate ledgers. A seal can be materially fractured while the public sees it as intact. A replica can remain physically a replica while broadcast reality recognizes it as the original. Neither state silently overwrites the other.

Runtime gate

The runtime gate is a three-stage incident pipeline. The prerequisite rite records an actual incident; the entry event translates that record into review state; only then may the seven-card review open.

The four intake cards and seven review cards may already exist in the catalog or hand, but card presence alone cannot set the incident flags, open the entry event, or make the review rite available.

The chronology is append-only. Reflow cannot erase fractured, and a destructive assay cannot restore consumed impression area.

Broadcast identity never proves the material history. Material history alone does not automatically overturn an identity that already aired.

A microflake or cross-section must lower remaining impression area and lock at least one named future test. A full-break test may establish stronger material chronology, but it consumes the seal as a future intact exhibit.

Non-overlap scope

Labels and tape labels answer what a written handoff row covers. Keys and checkout tags answer access or return authority. This mechanic answers when a physically broken and reflowed seal loses evidence while an aired intact-seal claim changes which object the city recognizes as original.
