Schedule Advance Debt Receipt

This mechanic prevents a schedule contract acceptance from becoming free power just because the resources were granted immediately.

Schedule Contract defines why taking a slot grants budget, access, scheduling authority, exemptions, or route keys. Schedule Advance Debt Receipt defines how that grant remains answerable when a later reader uses it.

Contract

  no_fixed_turn_trigger: true
  no_raw_contract_count_trigger: true
  no_raw_free_slot_count_trigger: true

The mechanic is active when a schedule contract has been accepted, accepting it granted a concrete resource or right, a later reader wants to consume that grant, and that consumer could hide the grantor, creditor, borrowed future slot, or harmed reader.

Required Ledger Shape

schedule_advance_ledger_required:
  accepted_contract_row: required
  accepted_slot_kind: required
  advance_grant: required
  granted_resource_or_right: required
  grantor_or_creditor: required
  borrowed_from_future_slot_or_absence: required
  harmed_or_displaced_reader_or_absence: required
  selected_advance_posture: required
  advance_state_after: required
  future_reader_or_route_effect: required
  counter_deltas: required

The ledger keeps contract acceptance, immediate grant, creditor, harmed reader, and future use separate. A row cannot close with only accept_contract, budget +2, pass granted, invitation gained, or slot occupied.

Advance States

StateMeaningValid future use
receiptedGrant, creditor, and future reader are recorded.Future reader may cite the advance with receipt.
scopedOnly a named reader or route may use the advance.Other readers require addendum or review.
collateralizedThe advance stands because collateral is posted.Collateral holder and release cost remain visible.
reassignedA harmed reader or payer owns the cost.Later route reads the reassigned cost.
splitPublic, lawful, sponsor, route, and crew uses are separated.Future reader consumes only its split.
quarantinedThe grant is unsafe for clean use.Route is blocked, delayed, or recovery-only.
false_free_advanceThe advance was treated as free power.Default mutates future play.
recovery_onlyClean use is unavailable without scarred recovery.Later use must reopen or pay.

Forbidden Promotions

Invalid promotions include accepted credits to universal budget, stage pass to all-reader access, artist invitation to consent, security exemption to clean capacity, mirror right to unrestricted authority, sponsor oxygen to public receipt, borrowed-forward value to free capacity, and route-asset permission to custody proof.

Branch Requirements

Every Schedule Advance Readback branch must provide one relief surface, one cost surface, a named advance_state_after, a named future_reader_or_route_effect, and at least three counter movements when it closes by default, quarantine, or collateral.

Valid branch families are receipt_clean_advance, scope_advance_rights, collateralize_advance_debt, reassign_advance_cost, split_advance_by_reader, quarantine_advance_use, and unreceipted_advance_default.

Default Rule

If the future reader consumes the advance while contract row, grantor, creditor, borrowed slot, scope, or harmed reader is absent or hidden, fire Unreceipted Schedule Advance Default.
