Service Elevator Key Afteruse Receipt Mechanics
This mechanic is local authority only: a source service elevator key can prove its original safety-line attachment, but it cannot become universal service_elevator access or safe loading authority after the route changes.
The afteruse review requires seven local evidence cards, one state-pressure rite, and a false-clean default event. Required evidence fields: source key id, key inventory or visible absence, original bay span, original custody-chain map version, original custody captain, requested afteruse scene, afteruse caller, current custody-chain map version or absence, current custody captain or absence, displaced operator, proof bridge or explicit absence, selected posture, and future route effect.
Seven review branches must be present: certify current custody captain, attach the service elevator key afteruse receipt, split original and later service elevator readers, require editor checksum, publish operator notice, quarantine key afteruse claim, and false-clean key default. The default follow-up must leave exactly one durable terminal state and exactly one matching future route effect.
