Stage Manager Pencil Afteruse Receipt Mechanics
The mechanic is state-pressure driven. Entry requires the old pencil mark, original cue row, afteruse caller, margin-change proof or explicit absence, harmed understudy, and a future cue route trying to consume the old mark. It must never trigger from fixed turn, fixed day, raw cue count, dashboard health, or generic lens status.
The default path arms a later event so the false clean cue claim produces durable counters and route flags instead of silently granting universal cue authority.
