Ticket Stub Reissue Liability
A ticket-stub reissue is a state-pressure mechanic. It opens only when a route, reader, or desk attempts to use a reissued seat/stub pair and the old holder, new claimant, reissue authority or explicit absence, displaced reader, and future reader are all visible.
Required surfaces:
- original stub row;
- old holder and new claimant;
- reissue authority or explicit absence;
- displaced reader;
- selected liability posture;
- future route/readback effect;
- counter movement for at least three pressure surfaces.
Forbidden shortcuts:
- fixed turn or calendar-only trigger;
- raw ticket count;
- generic refund total;
- dashboard or lens-health state;
- universal clean replacement flag.
The mechanic creates a durable liability posture before the reissued copy can be spent as proof.
