Ticket Stub Reissue Liability

A ticket-stub reissue is a state-pressure mechanic. It opens only when a route, reader, or desk attempts to use a reissued seat/stub pair and the old holder, new claimant, reissue authority or explicit absence, displaced reader, and future reader are all visible.

Required surfaces:

  • original stub row;
  • old holder and new claimant;
  • reissue authority or explicit absence;
  • displaced reader;
  • selected liability posture;
  • future route/readback effect;
  • counter movement for at least three pressure surfaces.

Forbidden shortcuts:

  • fixed turn or calendar-only trigger;
  • raw ticket count;
  • generic refund total;
  • dashboard or lens-health state;
  • universal clean replacement flag.

The mechanic creates a durable liability posture before the reissued copy can be spent as proof.
