Witness Oath Expiry Afteruse Receipt

The mechanic records whether old sworn testimony can be used as current proof. It requires a source oath row, original testimony row, witness identity or explicit absence, expiry basis or explicit absence, requested afteruse, current reader or sponsor, proof bridge, harmed reader, selected posture, after-state, future effect, and counter deltas.
