Broadcast Contract Readback Audit / 播出合约回读审计

Broadcast Contract Readback Audit is the assignable rite that checks whether a later reuse request is still inside the slot authority recorded by 播出合约回读案卷.

It is offered when a previously resolved broadcast-slot contract is about to be consumed by a new reader, route, package, archive filing, correction, memorial surface, edit checksum, sponsor release, or route asset bridge.

The rite fails if it accepts a later reader without the prior state, old reader, harmed/excluded reader, anchor, current reuse request, scope delta, handler, proof bridge, cost, and future effect.

Default condition

If the player spends the old row without matching scope or assigning an explicit boundary, proof rehearing, claimant unwind, escrow, block, or recovery hook, the rite arms a scope-readback default.

Non-goals

• Not a generic legal review.
• Not a replay-report checker.
• Not a timer or fixed-sequence trigger.
• Not a free cleanup for earlier contract scars.
• Not valid if every reader can reuse the old slot after one click.
