Clearance Quote Recall Hearing / 清算报价召回听证

Clearance Quote Recall Hearing is the assignable management rite for a stability quote that has already been accepted, cited, or used as route support and is now being challenged.

It keeps 稳播托管机制 from ending at the first successful clearance. The player must decide whether to defend the public table, refinance through a sponsor, accept an inspector remand, repair through edit continuity, freeze the quote as a maintained route asset, or let it default.

Valid entry sources include a reused public table, sponsor rate card, inspector hold, editor smoothing quote, route-asset clearance witness, blackout repricing quote, or any quote treated as fresh while route-asset maintenance pressure is live.

The rite fails as design if a quote can remain usable without the docket, quote state, calling claimant or contradiction object, witness state, handler, and price/bridge.

Defend public table

The player proves the quote in public and keeps it citeable through a public receipt, historian witness, fan oxygen row, audit-visible proof, or 梁雾 protection.

Sponsor refinance

The sponsor absorbs the recall and keeps the slot alive, but the quote becomes private leverage.

The player refuses clean reuse, freezes the quote, and makes it a maintained route asset instead of a free key.

Resolution contract

Every branch must record:

• at least one future route effect.

Non-goals

• Not a repeat of the original stability hearing.
• Not a free extension of a prior success.
• Not a fixed maintenance phase.
• Not valid if all branches keep the quote equally citeable.
• Not valid if default fails to emit or arm 清算报价违约.
