Continuity Afteruse Contempt Hearing / 连续性后用藐视听证

This rite resolves a 连续性后用藐视案卷. It decides how the producer handles an official continuity version that now wants to spend a source it previously excluded.

The rite must keep both surfaces visible: the official version and the excluded source. A clean citation is never a valid branch unless a later cost, reader split, or recovery state is written.

Offer condition

Offer this rite only when all are true:

  1. a Continuity Afteruse Contempt Docket exists;
  2. official_version_id and official_version_state are known or explicitly absent;
  3. excluded_source_id and excluded_source_state are known or explicitly absent;
  4. later_use_request names the requested use and requesting actor;
  5. at least one desired reader differs from at least one excluded or harmed reader;
  6. at least one future route, rite, reader state, or recovery state can change;
  7. the offer is state-pressure driven, not fixed-turn, day/week, chapter quota, raw count, dashboard, or lens-health driven.

Branch B — Reopen continuity hearing

The player sends the official version and excluded source back into a continuity proceeding.

The rite is invalid if it changes only mood, flavor, or legal prose while leaving future reader acceptance unchanged.

Character pressure

  • Han Yanshuang can reopen, seal, or narrow the official version, but creates bureau debt and inspection heat.
  • Yu Lan can publish public footnotes and fan-visible contradiction, but raises exposure and sponsor pressure.
  • Baiya can checksum and quarantine the source, but preserves edit debt and source ambiguity.
  • Shen Luo can buy a waiver or sponsor release, but capture and public distrust must remain visible.

Non-goals

  • Not a generic appeal hearing.
  • Not a free re-legalization of unauthorized testimony.
  • Not a duplicate of channel legality conversion.
  • Not valid if the source becomes clean universal continuity.
  • Not offered from fixed turn count, day/week interval, raw content count, dashboard state, or lens health.
