Correction Slot Hearing / 更正档期听证

Correction Slot Hearing is the assignable rite for resolving a contested 更正档期案卷 row.

The rite asks: which correction gets the public slot, which proof anchor makes it admissible or believable, who is harmed by the correction, and what happens to the rival correction or displaced route object?

It is not a dialogue-only clarification. It must mutate the correction row, a rival row, and at least one external surface.

Entry requirements

The rite can be offered when all of the following are true:

The rite is invalid if it appears only because a numbered turn, chapter beat, or generic press cycle arrived.

If any slot is absent, the rite must either be unavailable or resolve into a default/captured/countered/recovery-only state. Missing proof or handler is not allowed to become a clean success.

Handler roles

• Yu Lan can make a correction publicly legitimate, but raises exposure, sponsor retaliation, or inspection heat.
• Shen Luo can negotiate sponsor or management wording, but raises contract capture, public distrust, or later correction cost.
• Baiya can make the correction watchable through black-box continuity, but raises source ambiguity, edit debt, or checksum suspicion.
• Han Yanshuang or Inspector Rhee Archive can make correction admissible, but raises bureau debt, lawful-only pressure, or public route blockage.
• Han Cutroom can prioritize a correction in the edit room, but competes with cutroom queue and handler fatigue.
• Orion Breath can buy the slot or countercopy, but arms sponsor capture and fan resentment.
• Explicit absence creates default, hostile narration, counterbroadcast, seizure, or recovery-only correction.

No handler may resolve all rows cleanly.

The rite fails if only the selected row changes.

Default hooks

If the rite is underfilled, ignored, or assigned without proof, it prepares a default row. Valid default actors are sponsor, inspector, archive, fan public, pirate, proxy, route claimant, or blackout system.

Default must mutate state. It cannot only print warning text.

Failure cases

The rite must fail if:

• it opens from a fixed numbered turn;
• it has fewer than two competing rows or displaced objects;
• it omits handler, proof anchor, correction capacity, harmed claimant, or rival row;
• a character resolves all correction rows cleanly;
• selected correction airs while rival row is unchanged;
• missing proof becomes clean success;
• correction changes ending, route asset, proxy posture, or broadcast reality without row provenance.
