Custody Oracle Crossread Hearing

The hearing asks which oracle is allowed to answer a future reader’s use of an already-scarred custody state. It requires the docket, prior state, future reader, selected oracle, excluded surface, proof bridge, cost, and future route effect as assignable surfaces.
