Declined Offer Afteruse Review

Declined Offer Afteruse Review is the management rite for deciding whether a prior declined-offer receipt can be consumed by a later reader or route.

The rite cannot be satisfied by saying that an offer was declined, published, countercredited, deferred, voided, or ignored. It must bind the later reader to a source offer set, selected offer, declined receipt, decline scope, proof bridge, harmed offeror, selected posture, after-state, and future effect.

Branches

Certify Decline Scope

The later reader can cite the declined-offer receipt, but only inside the named refusal and proof scope.

selected_afteruse_posture: certify_decline_scope
declined_offer_afteruse_state_after: decline_scope_certified
relief_any: [named_reader_can_proceed, false_clean_decline_down, decline_scope_visible]
cost_any:
  [universal_waiver_blocked, sponsor_or_schedule_scope_narrowed, returning_offerer_pressure_up]
future_effect_any: [accepted_with_scoped_decline, costlier, reader_limited]

Restrict Declined Offer Afteruse Reader

The route splits readers so an overbroad declined-offer receipt cannot bind the returning offeror.

selected_afteruse_posture: restrict_declined_offer_afteruse_reader
declined_offer_afteruse_state_after: reader_restricted
relief_any: [returning_offerer_protected, schedule_clearance_narrowed, management_false_clean_down]
cost_any: [route_delay_up, afterbid_pressure_up, proof_burden_up]
future_effect_any: [reader_restriction_due, split_afteruse_required, blocked_until_reader_notice]

Attach Counterbid Or Notice Bridge

A counterbid receipt, public notice, lawful annex, archive addendum, schedule note, management qualification, or split-reader notice bridges the old declined receipt to the later use.

selected_afteruse_posture: attach_counterbid_or_notice_bridge
declined_offer_afteruse_state_after: bridge_attached
relief_any: [bridge_visible, afteruse_possible_for_named_reader, offeror_notice_priced]
cost_any: [public_distrust_up, bridge_burden_up, archive_or_schedule_pressure_up]
future_effect_any: [counterbid_or_notice_bridge_required, addendum_due, accepted_with_scar]

Reopen Declined Offerer

The sponsor, schedule claimant, fan public, archive, lawful reader, management desk, route asset holder, or claimant receives a reopening path before the receipt can travel.

selected_afteruse_posture: reopen_declined_offerer
declined_offer_afteruse_state_after: declined_offerer_reopened
relief_any: [harmed_offerer_named, false_clean_waiver_down, offer_set_more_legible]
cost_any: [afterbid_pressure_up, route_delay_up, sponsor_or_public_pressure_up]
future_effect_any: [declined_offerer_reopen_required, costlier, correction_or_counterbid_due]

Split Declined Offer Afteruse

The later use is split so incompatible readers consume separate declined-offer receipts.

selected_afteruse_posture: split_declined_offer_afteruse
declined_offer_afteruse_state_after: split_afteruse_required
relief_any: [incompatible_readers_separated, sponsor_reader_protected, public_reader_protected]
cost_any: [source_ambiguity_up, handler_burden_up, public_receipt_distrust_up]
future_effect_any: [split_afteruse_required, reconciliation_required, costlier]

Quarantine Declined Offer Afteruse

The later use is blocked until the receipt receives a valid bridge, split, offeror notice, countercredit, or alternate proof.

selected_afteruse_posture: quarantine_declined_offer_afteruse
declined_offer_afteruse_state_after: afteruse_quarantined
relief_any: [false_clean_afteruse_blocked, harmed_offerer_protected, archive_fraud_down]
cost_any: [current_route_stalls, sponsor_or_schedule_pressure_up, recovery_cost_up]
future_effect_any: [blocked, recovery_only, substitute_proof_required]

False Declined Offer Afteruse Default

The fastest desk treats the old declined-offer receipt as universal waiver because a refusal row exists somewhere.

selected_afteruse_posture: false_declined_offer_afteruse_default
declined_offer_afteruse_state_after: false_clean_afteruse
relief_any: [immediate_afteruse_burden_down]
cost_any: [afterbid_pressure_up, public_receipt_distrust_up, returning_offerer_hostility_up]
future_effect_any: [hostile, costlier, recovery_only]

Completion Contract

Every non-default branch must mutate one relief, one cost, and one future reader or route effect. A branch that only closes an offer ticket or lowers sponsor pressure fails.
