Emergency Stand-In Afteruse Review

Emergency Stand-In Afteruse Review is the management rite for deciding whether a prior emergency stand-in consent state can be consumed by a later reader or route.

The rite cannot be satisfied by saying that a substitute once performed, was paid, carried an asset, was objected to, or saved a slot.
