storyteller.rite.character.lyra_ashen_last_breath_consent_review.v1 opens from the living-answer-window state and requires eight exact in-hand assignments plus an explicit matching option. The rite decides Lyra’s bounded person-state; it does not replace the broad last-air edit, archive hearing, memorial permit, or continuity ruling.

The rite rejects virtual answer IDs, broad tag matches, missing cards, out-of-hand assignments, unselected options, mixed event tuples, actual-person/asset substitution, and any option whose branch flag or exact slot map disagrees with the assignment.

Four ordered options

0 — recruit_protected_living_voice_principal

Records lyra_ashen.state.recruited_protected_living_voice_principal, retains the actual Lyra card, and grants route_asset.lyra_living_voice_principal. Future use is limited to the named live-voice or memorial window, requires the oxygen protection plan and a named reader, and cannot become perpetual voice permission. This is the only recruitment and route-asset branch.

1 — honor_private_refusal_and_block_public_reuse

Records lyra_ashen.state.honored_private_refusal and retains Lyra without recruiting her. The private refusal escrow protects the answer while storyteller.card.lyra_ashen_public_reuse_block.v1 prevents public broadcast or voiceprint reuse. A future proposal requires fresh consent; archive custody cannot overrule this branch by itself.

2 — record_public_living_testimony_question_scope

Records lyra_ashen.state.public_living_testimony_question_scope and retains Lyra as a cooperative, non-recruited public witness. The public record may quote only the named question and answer. It cannot expand into whole-performance, perpetual memorial, medical, estate, or other-person consent.

3 — accept_sponsor_proxy_capture_and_miss_lyra

Records lyra_ashen.state.sponsor_proxy_captured_hard_miss, removes the actual Lyra card, and leaves the explicit-absence, sponsor oxygen order, and contested proxy-scope receipt as durable evidence. It grants no route asset, gives the proxy no voice authority, and restricts future readers to a recovery hearing or lawful estate reader. The branch does not declare Lyra dead.

Every branch must expose its person-state, voiceprint relationship, relief, cost/scar, future-reader effect, and signed counter deltas. Only option 0 may emit route_asset.lyra_living_voice_principal.
