Mirror Right Boundary Hearing resolves a Mirror Right Boundary Docket before a schedule contract can spend one mirror right as another.

The rite decides scope, not morality. A branch may still allow the operation, but it must preserve which right family carried it, which family was missing, and which future reader consumes the boundary state.
