Missing Roll-Call Reconciliation / 漏点名复核

Missing Roll-Call Reconciliation is the assignment rite for a challenged presence row. It opens after a prior receipt claims that a body, witness, proof bundle, or route asset moved safely, but a later reader cannot reconcile the same subject.

The rite forces the producer to answer: do we search for the body, protect the sealed identity, expose the roll-call publicly, accept a lawful quiet check, substitute a receipt, quarantine the route asset, or admit an absence scar?

The rite fails if it opens because a fixed chapter phase says to check attendance, because a raw crowd count is high, or because the dashboard needs a new lens.

A handler’s confidence, a famous character, sponsor manifest, lawful seal, or public memory cannot replace the subject, identity/seal, conflict reader, support, receipt-after, and future consumer fields.

Default arm

If the player hides the earlier receipt, hides the challenged subject, refuses to name the reader who contradicted the receipt, violates a sealed identity, skips support, omits receipt-after, claims universal all-clear, or lets a public/lawful/sponsor narrator settle the row without cost, the rite must arm 漏点名默认.

The default must name the accounting rule that became true and the future route or reader that will inherit the false accounting.
