Operator Relay Chain Review / 操作员接力链复核

Operator Relay Chain Review is the assignable rite used when 操作员接力链账本 shows that one source scar has moved through multiple operator rows.

The rite does not ask whether each single row was valid. It asks whether the relay between rows is still truthful enough for the next route to consume.

A high-rank handler may support the review, but cannot erase a low-rank operator link. If an operator is absent, suppressed, captured, hostile, or missed, the rite must record that state rather than silently replacing them.

Failure cases

The rite fails if it lets the latest clean row replace the original scar, if it treats caption, clip, recap, and backflow as the same proof, if it hides a missing operator, if every reader accepts the same clean chain, or if the result changes only mood without future route effect.
