Qiu Bai Silent-Chorus Attribution Review / 秋白静默合唱署名复核

storyteller.rite.qiu_bai_silent_chorus_attribution_review.v1 settles who may read the member names and lead-replacement order obtained through the actual Rite 23 source. It does not settle whether one voice may legally or ethically replace another.

Source and exact assignment guard

The review requires completed storyteller-rite-23-fan-signature-accession, the source encounter and chorus-availability flags, Qiu Bai, the fan archive signature, the attribution docket, member roster, and substitution log. It cannot repeat after a disposition is recorded or after the review has completed.

All seven slots in Qiu Bai Silent-Chorus Attribution Cards are required. Exact accepts, actual in-hand cards, selected-option requirements, and the posture/boundary pair are enforced. Missing, virtual, or mixed assignments fail before mutation.

Four ordered branches

0 — recruit_protected_member_row_witness

Requires Rite 23’s contradictory-signature flag plus the protected-member-rows and named-order-only pair. It retains Qiu Bai, sets qiu_bai.state.recruited_protected_member_row_witness, and grants the sole route asset route_asset.qiu_bai_silent_chorus_attribution_witness.

This is the only recruiting branch. It also sets qiu_bai.future.voice_substitution_liability_hearing_required; it does not satisfy that future hearing.

1 — publish_pseudonym_rows_keep_independent

Requires the contradictory-signature flag plus the public-pseudonym and public-readback pair. It publishes one-to-one pseudonym rows, sets qiu_bai.state.public_pseudonym_rows_independent, removes Qiu Bai from player custody, and grants no route asset. Public attribution is not blanket chorus consent.

2 — accept_sponsor_clean_blend_capture

Requires Rite 23’s stable-sample flag plus the sponsor-clean-blend and sponsor-capture pair. It sets qiu_bai.state.sponsor_clean_blend_captured, removes Qiu Bai, records false-clean-blend risk and a future voice-miscast poison trace, and grants no route asset.

3 — defer_until_member_names_fade

Requires the defer and disappearing-roster pair. It does not record a terminal disposition or remove Qiu Bai. Instead it sets:

Those three flags, completed review, actual Qiu Bai card, and absent disposition are the only natural-default gate.

Branch divergence

The four branches must remain observably different across:

  • contradictory versus stable Rite 23 history;
  • protected, public, sponsor, and defer posture/boundary pairs;
  • recruited, independent, captured, and at-risk person states;
  • actual card retention or loss;
  • route-asset presence or absence;
  • trust, signature debt, silence pressure, public accountability, sponsor leverage, false-clean-blend risk, witness protection cost, and future route cost.

Authority and downstream hearing denial

The review may record individual member names, explicit absences, and lead-replacement order. It may not grant Qiu Bai whole-chorus representation, voice-use consent, contract acceptance, memorial custody, or route/facility access.

Its docket explicitly does not satisfy the separate Voice Substitution Liability Docket. No option completes storyteller.rite.voice_substitution_liability_hearing.v1. Any later chorus_blend must name its own source rows, recognition surface, future reader, handler, liability carrier, cost, and excluded reader in that future hearing.
