Receipt Ribbon Priority Hearing / 回执色带优先听证

Assignment slots must expose the ribbon custodian, at least two queued proof rows, the requesting or harmed reader, selected posture, support or explicit absence, and the downstream reader.

Accepted branch families:

  • print_audit_receipt — relief: inspector proof becomes durable; cost: caption or sponsor row is delayed; future_effect_any: later reader sees the omission.
  • print_caption_packet — relief: accessibility/caption proof becomes durable; cost: audit lantern or discharge receipt weakens; future_effect_any: inspector or sponsor contests the copy.
  • print_sponsor_discharge — relief: makegood or discharge closes for one sponsor; cost: public or memorial proof remains unprinted; future_effect_any: harmed readers can reopen the queue.
  • print_memorial_tag — relief: archive custody tag becomes citeable; cost: commercial discharge or caption proof is delayed; future_effect_any: sponsor/public route inherits the delay.
  • split_ribbon_blurred_copy — relief: two rows receive partial paper; cost: neither proof is clean; future_effect_any: future reader decides which blur matters.
  • publish_unprinted_queue — relief: omission is public instead of hidden; cost: stability drops; future_effect_any: public route can challenge the operator.
  • quarantine_ribbon_roll — relief: prevents false receipt; cost: no row receives durable paper; future_effect_any: all queued readers remain armed.
  • false_printed_receipt_default — default branch when the player claims all receipts are clean while a queued row is hidden.

Every constructive branch must include relief, cost, and future route effect.
