Refund Window Name-Correction Review

The review rite should use real assignment slots for the docket, source refund row, mistaken-name evidence, corrected-name receipt, clerk/witness or absence, proof bridge, harmed fan/reader, current consumer, and future route reader.

Every branch should include relief, cost, future effect, and at least three counter deltas. No branch may grant universal broadcast consent from the corrected-name refund.
