Revocation Window Readback Hearing

A repeatable quick hearing that asks the player how to route a revocable prior grant before a future reader consumes it.

Required slots: docket, route asset, original grant, revoking claimant, affected future reader, notice carrier, proof receipt or absence, selected posture, accepted cost, future route effect.

Branch families: honor_revocation_readback, lawful_window_annex, public_counter_notice, sponsor_holdback, editor_checksum_reissue, split_revocation_escrow, default_false_clean_reliance.

Every branch must name the window state after, relief, cost, future route effect, and at least three visible counter deltas.
