Silent Ambulance Checkpoint Counterlog Review / 静音救护车停靠点反记录复核
The review decides custody and future readability of one Ward 06 route record before the Ward 07 stamp deadline. It is playable, one-shot, state-triggered, and same-day. It cannot open from an inventory shortcut: the completed Ward 06 reconstruction, source receipt, exact pending triple, and all exact in-hand assignments are required.

Four branches
0. publish_full_checkpoint_counterlog
Requires ambulance.source.public_accountability_selected, storyteller-rite-ward-06-ambulance-chain_public_accountability, and storyteller.card.silent_ambulance_public_counterlog_posture.v1.
It writes ambulance.state.public_checkpoint_chain_exposed and ambulance.future.public_route_receipt_required. It clears the pending triple and grants no route asset.
1. split_patient_transport_from_footage_custody
Requires storyteller.card.silent_ambulance_split_custody_posture.v1 and either valid Ward 06 source history.
It writes ambulance.state.split_transport_and_footage_custody and ambulance.future.split_reader_required. This is the only branch that grants route_asset.silent_ambulance_checkpoint_counterlog.
2. seal_edit_garage_intake_for_bounded_audit
Requires ambulance.source.contained_selected, storyteller-rite-ward-06-ambulance-chain_contained, and storyteller.card.silent_ambulance_bounded_audit_posture.v1.
It writes ambulance.state.bounded_edit_garage_audit and ambulance.future.audit_only_route_readback. It clears the pending triple, grants no route asset, and does not validate the garage or company.
3. defer_until_ward07_stamp_deadline
Requires storyteller.card.silent_ambulance_defer_to_ward07_posture.v1 and either valid Ward 06 source history.
It writes ambulance.state.deferred_to_ward07 and edit_garage_first_default_risk. It closes immediate review availability but intentionally retains ambulance.checkpoint_disposition_pending, ambulance.camera_gap_unanswered, and ambulance.future_reader_handoff_unconfirmed. It grants no route asset and arms the natural Ward 07 default.
Terminal and deadline semantics
Choices zero through two record a terminal disposition, clear the pending triple, remove the three unselected posture cards, and proceed to storyteller-rite-ward-07-consent-stamp-audit. Choice three removes the other posture cards but retains its defer posture and exact pending state until the deadline event resolves it.
Ward 07 is a stamp-custody deadline, not a route fact validator. A reader named in this rite cannot decide stamp validity, patient consent, a later transfer route, or receiving-gate acceptance.
Route-only authority
This review may settle only the checkpoint chronology and custody of the route record. It cannot establish identity, diagnosis, treatment need, vehicle contents, patient or family consent, death, legal body status, archive or memorial ownership, sponsor or garage legality, broadcast license, later transfer authority, or future-use permission. Only source: storyteller state and cards satisfy the review.
