- the first prescription still exposes one unused exit allowance;
- one selected opening programme has completed;
- the physical exit-clause card is in hand.

Each of the eight options requires an exact clause/target assignment map. A mismatched target, missing card, missing choice, or second use is rejected before effects apply.
Result
The rite spends the allowance, gains the allocation docket, records one protected target, records three displaced candidates, and distinguishes truthful protection from false voluntary copy. It leaves the protected person card intact and changes only public-stage exposure.
