Song Qi Reseal-Manifest Counterminute Review / 宋祈重封清单反记录复核

This review is the only timely person-disposition surface after Rite 16 reseals the sponsor model and before Rite 17 consumes the quota key. It cannot be played from a manually gained Song Qi card or a reconstructed evidence set.

Source, timing, and assignment gates

Resolution requires all of the following:

• the actual storyteller-rite-16-sponsor-model-reseal completed with one authored source choice;
• the source encounter, review availability, junior audit note, and exact pending triple present;
• the audit seal, sponsor warrant, and breath-quota key still in hand;
• songQiResealProgress >= 1;
• storyteller-rite-17-quota-recount not completed;
• no prior Song Qi disposition or completed focused review;
• ten exact in-hand assignments and one explicit selected option.

The ten slots are actual Song Qi, docket, Rite 16 receipt, manifest snapshot, exception pointer/absence, seal trace, key handoff, named future reader, selected posture, and authority boundary. The posture must match the option. Ordered history authenticates the Rite 16 branch value.

Four ordered choices

0 — protected_scoped_reseal_counterminute_recruit

Requires song_qi.source.quota_key_open_selected and storyteller.card.song_qi_protected_scoped_recorder_posture.v1. It sets song_qi.state.recruited_bounded_reseal_counterminute_witness, retains the actual Song Qi card, and alone grants route_asset.song_qi_reseal_manifest_counterminute.

The route asset authenticates one named procedural delta for one named reader. It does not inherit medical, queue, legal, coverage, rights, or access authority.

1 — independent_counterminute_deposit

Uses storyteller.card.song_qi_independent_counterminute_deposit_posture.v1, sets song_qi.state.independent_counterminute_deposit_non_recruit, removes Song Qi, and closes the route window without hostility. The named procedural deposit remains rereviewable, but no person route asset is granted.

2 — sponsor_absorbed_clean_model_capture

Requires song_qi.source.membership_air_model_selected and storyteller.card.song_qi_sponsor_absorbed_clean_model_posture.v1. It sets song_qi.state.hostile_sponsor_absorbed_clean_model, removes Song Qi, closes the route, and records sponsor capture as contested. It never treats the clean model as fan consent, lawful oxygen allocation, audit legality, or coverage.

3 — deferred_until_quota_recount_deadline

Uses storyteller.card.song_qi_defer_to_quota_recount_posture.v1, sets song_qi.state.deferred_counterminute_at_risk, and keeps the exact pending triple. It removes the other three postures, grants no route asset, and arms the natural default when Rite 17 completes.

Immediate cleanup versus deferral

Choices 0–2 clear review-open/available state, offered/deferred residue, and:

• song_qi.reseal_manifest_disposition_pending;
• song_qi.exception_pointer_unanswered;
• song_qi.review_key_handoff_unconfirmed.

They set song_qi.reseal_manifest_disposition_recorded and remove every unused posture. Choice 3 clears review availability but intentionally retains all three pending flags and the defer posture. Every branch writes one exact Song Qi state and visible counter deltas.

Authority and neighbor boundary

No review choice can decide oxygen need, priority, or allocation; prove Rite 17 call order, skips, repeats, or displacement; represent all fans; prove identity, capacity, life, or death; grant consent or voice/image/archive/memorial rights; determine sponsor or audit legality; adjust insurance coverage or a lawful exclusion; or create ownership, route access, or future permission.

Shao Zi’s queue-order review remains a later, post-Rite 17 lane. Rao Zhun’s coverage-exclusion hearing remains a different claims lane. Legacy 宋栖 schedule-ancestry replay fixtures remain a different identity rather than an alternative review assignment.
