ST-SCALE-06 Jury Nonattendance Usher Review / 陪审未入场路引员复核
The existing runtime ID storyteller-rite-st-scale-06-usher-recruit-window is now a strict seven-slot character review. It replaces the fixed turn condition, two generic slots, unconditional route grant, and two generic record choices from the old shell.
Required exact assignment shape
The rite requires real in-hand rows for:
- nonattendance docket;
- actual
card-storyteller-st-scale-06-custody-usher-badge; storyteller.card.chapter_one_audience_jury_format.v1;- branch-selected floorplan, chair seal, or explicit ingress-proof absence;
- branch-selected roster, blackbox jury cut, or sponsor veto record;
- branch-selected protection, public, sealed, or buyoff posture;
storyteller.card.chapter_two_future_reader.v1.
Generic proof and operator assignments are insufficient. Missing actual usher, mixed postures, aliased roster evidence, an unselected option, or a branch/slot mismatch must fail.
Four implemented outcomes
0 — protected recruitment
Set st_scale_06_jury_nonattendance_usher.state.recruited_protected_nonattendance_usher, retain the actual usher, and grant the sole route_asset.st_scale_06_jury_nonattendance_usher. Later use is limited to one named physical-entry or roster-custody readback and must preserve worker protection.
1 — public checkpoint countersign
Set st_scale_06_jury_nonattendance_usher.state.public_countersigned_nonattendance_witness. Publish the exact ingress/blackbox mismatch. The usher remains cooperative but is not recruited; exposure and future countersign costs remain visible.
2 — sealed roster handoff
Set st_scale_06_jury_nonattendance_usher.state.sealed_lawful_nonattendance_witness. Retain the person and sealed badge/roster chain for one lawful reader. No route asset, public claim, archive ownership, or universal result follows from sealing.
3 — bought-off hard miss
Set st_scale_06_jury_nonattendance_usher.state.sponsor_bought_off_hostile_miss, preserve the existing st_scale_06_usher_bought_off source flag, and lose the actual usher. The missing checkpoint chain becomes recovery-only; it does not become proof that attendance or voting was clean.
