Stage Door Replay Afteruse Review

The review assigns the docket, the replay consumer, and proof or explicit absence. It must produce a visible cost and future route effect for every posture.

Required branch families:

• certify_replay_scope: certify only the narrow stage-door fact and block consent inflation;
