Take the Five-Slot Licence / 接管五格牌照

The opening rite requires the actual temporary producer licence in slot-producer. It records public succession or a private predecessor-blackbox inspection, then exposes storyteller-event-02-first-prescription.

It does not expose storyteller-rite-02-triage-schedule directly. That ordering prevents the player from selecting an opening programme without first recording the prescription posture, reward, cost scar, and single exit allowance.
