Caption Booth Headset Afteruse Receipt
During a noisy live-caption reroute, the caption booth logs one headset row for an operator who kept the accessibility feed alive. Later, a future route tries to spend that headset row as blanket accessibility compliance and consent for archive replay.
Playable pressure: the player must decide whether the row only certifies the named caption scope, whether a harmed caption user must be reopened, whether an operator bridge is required, or whether a false clean default hardens into future accessibility liability.
The row is never universal access compliance by itself. It must keep the source headset row, operator/explicit absence, noise context, cited access scope, harmed user/absence, proof bridge, and future reader effect visible in replay.
