Catwalk Safety Carabiner Afteruse Receipt

A catwalk safety carabiner from an earlier emergency fly-line patch is later offered as proof that a changed safety-line route, rigging captain, and displaced rigger section can be treated as safe fly cue authority. The old carabiner is not safe fly cue authority for the later safety-line route: it only proves one bounded patch moment.

Playable pressure: the production caller tries to reuse the earlier carabiner receipt after the safety-line map and rigging captain changed. The player must certify scope, attach a current receipt, split original and later catwalk readers, require checksum, publish rigger notice, quarantine the claim, or accept a false-clean default.

If the false-clean mix is allowed, future route costs mutate because displaced fly-team rigger and archive readers now have to unwind a bad authority claim before the next broadcast recap.
