This character storyline turns the existing card-storyteller-he-nuo into a reachable, recruitable, hostile, independent, deferrable, and missable Storyteller character. Its question is intentionally narrow: what happened to one dangerous clip offer between Event 25 and the continuity-lease deadline?

It records provenance, offer, and handoff. It does not decide what the clip proves and does not absorb neighboring authority lanes.

Ordered chain

1. storyteller-event-25-unauthorized-memorial resolves through either of its existing choices.
2. The chosen action sets one exact source-choice receipt flag, gains the actual He Nuo card, gains all eleven non-scar packet cards, and arms the exact unresolved triple.
3. storyteller.rite.he_nuo_dangerous_clip_offer_review.v1 becomes playable from that state, with no fixed turn, day, or week gate.
4. Nine exact in-hand assignments and one matching posture select a disposition.
5. A timely protected, independent, or hostile disposition closes the unresolved triple. Deferral deliberately preserves it.
6. storyteller-rite-29-continuity-lease is the natural deadline. If the unresolved triple still exists when that rite completes, storyteller.event.he_nuo_continuity_lease_default.v1 resolves one of three terminal failures.
