Orren Voss Continuity-Hold Witness / Orren Voss 连续性暂缓见证线

The existing Sponsored Oxygen Ration Audit decides whether HaloAir relief brings sponsor leverage and whether Orren’s public-grant conversion is continuous enough to proceed. It does not decide whether Orren joins the route, stays independent, blocks only the disputed object, or is edited out. This storyline adds that person-disposition seam after the existing result rather than replaying the oxygen or archive hearing.

The central question is:

Once the accepted oxygen-for-voice offer, Orren-filed hold, and public-grant certification are all real, will the player protect the inspector as witness to his own ruling, retain him independently, keep a scoped blockade, or erase him and inherit recovery-only continuity debt?

Rejecting HaloAir, suppressing the hold in the parent hearing, or merely possessing Orren’s starter card cannot open this line.

The hard miss occurs after a valid parent certification: production edits Orren and the served hold out of the record. It does not retroactively make the parent record lawful or transfer custody to HaloAir.

Non-duplication boundary

• st.oxy.sponsor_inspector_pressure.v1 owns oxygen relief, sponsor cost, and the parent inspector result; this line owns Orren’s later person state only.
• Memorial Air Chain Cross-Examination owns generic chain proof and witness liability. Orren witnesses only his own filed ruling here.
• Memorial Air Chain Afteruse Receipt alone decides any later reader’s permitted use.
• Inspector Rhee’s voice-token audit owns token shield, counter-audit, quarantine, and seizure. Orren gains none of those powers.
• Lyra’s living answer remains hers; Orren cannot supply consent, ownership, license, medical status, or death.
