Concession Token Afteruse Receipt

A concession concession token can prove that one named voucher window existed, but it cannot become blanket tab waiver, sponsor guest-list permission, archive transfer authority, snack access certification, or broadcast reenactment proof. The play surface is the later attempt to reuse the token as clean authority: the player must preserve which clerk saw it, what voucher row was open, which future route wants it, who is harmed by overbroad reuse, and what recovery posture changes counters.
