F-27 Double-Fire Rerun Arbitration / F-27 双执行重演仲裁

Premise

This line begins only after storyteller.event.false_cue_sheet_initials_afteruse_default.v1 resolves through complete_second_travel. One spoken call produced two complete F-27 motor actuations, and the recovery cut aired both. The two actuations are immutable incident history; the playable problem is which machine-executable mapping a future rerun may inherit.

The line does not invent a one-actuation past. Instead it separates three surfaces:

  1. an incident ledger: call count 1, intended execution count 1, physical actuation count 2;
  2. a forensic aired master that preserves the doubled movement but is non-executable;
  3. a corrected rerun manifest that must explicitly map a future cue ID to one or two newly cleared actuations.

The complete-travel producer outcome gains six incident cards. Two exact source cards—the headset timecode and the first rail receipt—come from the CS-09 packet. Without that producer chain, the arbitration rite is unreachable.

Story spine

  1. Second travel completes. This is not a latched restart problem; scenery finishes at the second settled position.
  2. The air master hardens. Viewers and editors inherit a double-travel image, while the cue transcript still contains one call.
  3. A rerun reader requests a program. Automation cannot safely infer whether the second movement is a duplicate, a new cue, or non-executable incident footage.
  4. The player arbitrates the mapping. Eight exact records bind call, motor edges, positions, blocking, aired master, and the requested rerun.
  5. The result changes future execution. A new checksum, cue ID, reader split, visible overlay, reauthored blocking, retirement, or unsafe default determines what the next route may load.

Only issue_single_travel_rerun_manifest issues corrected rerun manifest R7-F27-V2. Re-keying or reauthoring a second movement emits requirements for future rehearsal and clearance; this packet never grants that clearance itself.

Distinct boundary

  • Safe Continuity Version Fork arbitrates memorial/archive testimony. This line maps one call and two motor receipts into a future automation manifest.
  • Broadcast Asset Provenance Afterlife asks which copy owns a route. This line treats ownership as irrelevant until executable cue count, position, blocking, and checksum are explicit.
  • F-27 Interlock Restart consumes the partial-trip outcome. This line rejects it and consumes only the completed-travel fork duty.
  • Cue-card and edit-correction lanes may consume the emitted erratum requirement later; they cannot generate a safe rerun program.

Missability and recruitment

The line becomes missable if the second receipt, post-travel position pair, or aired master disappears before the rerun request is opened. Later screenshots cannot reconstruct motor timing or blocking displacement.

This is not a recruitment storyline. The blocking witness and rerun reader are evidence-bearing roles; resolution grants no employment, cue authority, consent, or ownership.

Authority boundary

The packet proves the named call and physical actuation count only. It preserves both actuation receipts but grants no additional cue call, caller authority, rigging clearance, performer consent, edit reuse, sponsor clearance, archive ownership, legal continuity identity, or universal broadcast permission.
