The final archive signoff is the narrow point where the current archive-version posture becomes a durable result before the claimant table opens. Existing source content already reaches this point, but the current readback surface does not distinguish the artist’s answer from the signoff result or prove that either state survives the handoff.
This storyline observes exactly two things:
- the current archive-version status at Final Archive Signoff;
- the carry-forward from that signoff into Claimants at the Table.
It does not decide who ultimately owns, licenses, speaks for, memorializes, names, treats, or constitutes any person or archive.
Exact ordered source chain
The source chain is fixed and must be replay-visible in this order:

Rite 24 opens the disaster-naming offer and supplies the commercial-title context. Event 21 records one artist posture. Rite 25 records one signoff result and emits the common handoff state. Rite 26 consumes that handoff and opens the claimant table.
No replay may collapse Event 21 into Rite 25, skip Rite 25, or infer the Rite 25 result from the Rite 26 claimant choice.
Six-row evidence table
The readback carries exactly these six ordered evidence rows:

These are six evidence rows, not six rite assignments. Rite 25 deliberately retains exactly two legacy staging slots: slot-docket and slot-signature. Their accepts arrays are canonical UI hints for the continuity docket and Han Yanshuang, but the compatibility path does not treat either staged assignment as authority evidence.
The six-row proof instead comes from enforced source state. Rite 25 requires the resolved artist answer plus possession of the continuity docket, safe archive version, fan archive signature, disaster naming rights, and Han Yanshuang. Event 21 normally prepares the blackbox fragment; Rite 25 also idempotently sets evidence-ready and gains the fragment so an older compatible save reaches the same six-row after-state. At readback, all six rows must be present and distinguishable even though only two cards were staged.
Two artist postures
Event 21 exposes stable option IDs and retains option index as a replay-order check.

Both options also write storyteller_artists_archive_answered. This common answer flag proves chronology only. It cannot replace the posture-specific flag.
The posture is an artist answer about the current archive situation. It is not blanket artist consent and does not authorize later use.
Three signoff results
Rite 25 exposes stable choice IDs and retains choice index as a replay-order check.

finalArchiveSignoffResultCode is the canonical single-valued result. Each choice sets its code, sets its matching flag, and unsets the other two flags, so exactly one mirrored flag remains true. A signoff result does not overwrite the earlier artist posture. In particular, an official signoff reached after the unfiled artist answer is an explicit conflict, not retrospective agreement.
Four focused replay profiles
The storyline requires four focused profiles:

Together these four profiles cover both artist postures and all three signoff results. They are a focused coverage set, not a claim that all six posture/result combinations have dedicated replay fixtures.
The profile names are stable replay-oracle labels. They are distinct from the stable runtime option IDs listed above; every replay must record both ID and index so branch order cannot drift silently.
Common Rite 26 handoff
Event 21 normally prepares the signoff by setting storyteller_archive_signoff_evidence_ready and gaining card-storyteller-unfiled-blackbox-fragment on either artist-answer branch. Those values are not Rite 25 preconditions: Rite 25 idempotently sets the same evidence-ready flag and gains the same unique fragment for compatible older saves. Every Rite 25 result inherits these common effects:

Rite 26 requires progress exactly 1, a result code in the inclusive range 1..3, the carried fragment, Han Yanshuang, and an explicit claimant option. It retains its own two legacy staging slots (slot-fragment, slot-inspector), preserves the result code, records storyteller_archive_signoff_result_carried_to_claimants, advances progress to exactly 2, and can create card-storyteller-archive-ownership-table.
This storyline observes only that the current posture and signoff result reach the Rite 26 boundary. It does not treat the downstream claimant choice or ownership table as the meaning of the earlier signoff.
Readback invariants
- The ordered chain is Rite 24 → Event 21 → Rite 25 → Rite 26.
- Event 21 records exactly one artist posture and the common answered flag.
- Rite 25 records result code 1, 2, or 3 and leaves exactly one matching result flag true.
- The artist posture remains visible after the signoff result is written.
- All six evidence rows are present in the readback, in the specified order.
- The two Rite 25 staging assignments and two Rite 26 staging assignments are compatibility input, not evidence authority.
- Every Rite 25 choice sets the common convened/evidence-ready/result-recorded handoff, ensures the fragment exists, and leaves progress at 1.
- Rite 26 requires one claimant option, preserves the result code, sets the carried flag, and advances progress to 2.
unfiled-official-conflictremains a conflict; official continuity does not erase the unfiled artist answer.- The Rite 26 claimant result is downstream state, not a fourth Rite 25 result.
Authority boundary
This storyline records current archive-version status and carry-forward only. It grants none of the following:
- override of an artist’s consent or refusal;
- voice ownership or permission;
- memorial or archive license;
- victim-name or disaster-name authority;
- medical, personhood, or death determination;
- universal custody or ownership;
- permission for later reuse or afteruse.
Han Yanshuang’s row proves a scoped signatory/readback presence only. The fan signature proves a fan archive row only. The disaster-naming contract proves commercial-title context only. None of the three can expand the authority of this signoff.
Adjacent-lane separation
- Turn 31 Disaster Naming and Continuity Lease owns commercial title, continuity lease, hazard, and remainder-risk pressure.
- Archive and Memorial Claims owns claimant, subject, artifact, refusal, and custody disposition.
- Zhan Li’s unnamed-victim lane owns separation between a disaster title and harmed-person name rows.
- Claimants at the Table owns its own downstream claimant choice.
This packet ends at a verified Rite 26 handoff and does not absorb any of those decisions.
