After a stairwell crowd push, the lost-property desk returns a blood-warm prop crown with a numbered claim tag. Production later wants to cite that tag as proof that the owner consented to a sponsor settlement, that archive custody is clean, and that the disputed prop can be used to block a future memorial route.

The playable pressure is not whether the claim tag exists. It is whether the player can preserve who logged the return, what was actually returned, who was excluded from the desk, and which future route may consume the tag.

Branch families must include certification, reader restriction, property-clerk proof bridge, wrongful-owner reopening, split return/consent custody, quarantine, false default, and a future-effect branch. Each branch must create relief, cost, and a future route mutation.
