The voucher is not money; it is a contested route asset. A sponsor can present it as proof that a matinee row was satisfied, while the audience table may read it as a clawback, an excluded-seat erasure, or a future appeal bridge. The player must preserve the source row, patron/absence, seat context, refund scope, requested afteruse, harmed claimant, and proof bridge before later routes can spend it.

Playable pressure: certifying the refund scope lowers audience pressure but grows sponsor clawback debt; hiding the harmed row creates a false-clean voucher that later routes can only recover with scars.
